What a lovely Nativity we were treated to on the 14th Dec. Thank you to all the pupils and staff of the Early Years. Thank you to all parents who provided costumes and a special thanks to Mrs Beaumont and Mrs Weaving for designing and sewing the angel costumes. The video below is available in HD so if you have the bandwidth enjoy it in full size!
On Friday 9th December, J3, J4, J5 and J6 all went to Tenpin at Cheshire Oaks for their annual Bowling trip in place of what would be their final PE session of the year.
All the year groups were impressive with some very high scores going on the score boards, particularly notable with their high scoring was Zain S (6L) and Olivia R (5R).

The costumes were excellent and the singing and dancing were to the highest standard. Many thanks to Mrs Arran and all the children and teachers who worked so hard to make such an enjoyable evening. For your enjoyment this Christmas we present the performance ...

We had a great Christmas fair and as usual Y6 gave us a lovely Christmas song rendition on the stairs!
Our caterers, Holroyd-Howe, organised a competition for children to draw their best memories and the winning entries would be printed on special edible icing! Anmol S won the KS2 prize with his entry entitled "Holiday in Egypt". Will won the KS1 with his "Lifeboat" picture. After Mr Riley had presented them their specially decorated carrot cakes the winners then shared pieces with the rest of their class!

An up-to-date graph of the power our panels are producing can be seen here.

Fresh, thoughtful and inspiring, this is a retelling of the Christmas story for today (with mulled wine and mince pies). We showed the film last year at 9am and decided it was so good that we ought to give working parents the chance to see ...
