Dear Parents,

We have recently reviewed the inspection requirements for the school. I would like to remind all parents that in compliance with the Regulatory Requirements, the school provides the following information:

The school’s address, telephone number and name of Head; the name and address for correspondence of the Chair of Directors, a statement of the school’s ethos (aims of the school) are all provided with this letter, as well as on the school website.

The following information is available to parents through the school website (http://www.firsschool.net/the-school/documentation/)

· Educational and welfare provision for pupils with statements and pupils for whom English is a foreign language ( see Special Educational Needs policy)

· Curriculum policy

· Safeguarding policy

· Behaviour including Anti-bullying policy & Rewards and Sanctions

· The Complaints procedure

· A list of the staff at the school with a summary of their qualifications

Information regarding health and safety on activities outside school, admissions, discipline and exclusions and the schools academic performance are available on request.
